Tyler serves as director of UC Health’s Transformation Management Office, a system project office tasked with driving initiatives related to organizational transformation. The team has been involved in projects across the spectrum of quality, safety, experience & efficiency. This includes infrastructure projects such as implementing clinical integrating systems, training/development, & goal alignment, as well as priority improvement projects related to OR Efficiency, Patient Progression, & Ambulatory Access.
Julie Kirby is the supervisor for surgery scheduling at UC Medical Center. She has been at UC Medical Center since 2009, working in scheduling for the past 3 years and the supervisor role for the past two years. Julie works closely with Anesthesia scheduling cases for Ep Lab, Cath Lab, and Radiology.
