At any given moment, a dozen different people might be combing through reports at your institution to investigate something in your OR. Maybe your OR director is trying to determine how many rooms to staff for, your robotic surgery director wants to know how your robots are being utilized, your chief of orthopedic surgery wants to see ortho volume by surgeon, your COO wants to see overall case volume, and the list goes on and on. Meeting even one of those requests can take days.
The complex reporting needs in today’s perioperative environment have made one-size-fits-all dashboards and generic reports ineffective at best. To make lasting data-driven decisions, OR leadership needs tools that provide accurate, timely, objective, and customizable reporting.
Sophie Ying, Lead Product Manager for iQueue for Operating Rooms' Analyze module, will share a powerful new approach to gaining insight into their operations. Bring questions about your most challenging reporting scenarios!
